Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method or household — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

To access the full range of Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk198 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You should notify pk198 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
pk198 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying the accuracy of information provided during registration at any stage. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You may use the pk198 Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. All use must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may include local Pakistani payment references such as mobile wallet services, bank transfers and cryptocurrency options. Methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced only as contextually familiar local payment types. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement of gambling activities by those providers, nor does it guarantee that they are available through pk198 at any given time.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method. pk198 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) display is supported, balances shown in PKR are for user convenience. The operator's base processing currency may differ. Users should consult the cashier for current currency conversion details and any applicable exchange rate information.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Account holders whose KYC process is complete, whose Account is in good standing and who have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements associated with any active Bonuses.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payout method, the operator's internal review process and external factors including banking and wallet provider timescales. pk198 does not guarantee specific payout turnaround times. Users should consult the cashier for indicative processing windows.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier. These limits may differ between payment methods. The operator reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at its discretion.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the pk198 Account. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will not be processed. Providing incorrect withdrawal details is the User's sole responsibility.
All Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific Bonus Terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the Bonus Terms for a specific promotion, the Bonus Terms for that promotion shall prevail.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from Bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the Bonus amount, the Deposit amount, or both combined — as specified in the individual Bonus Terms. Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 Bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in total qualifying bets. All figures are illustrative; refer to the actual Bonus Terms for current conditions.
The following restrictions apply to all Bonus activity unless otherwise specified:
pk198 reserves the right to void Bonuses, withhold associated winnings and suspend or close Accounts where evidence of Bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic exploitation of promotional terms, coordinated group play or the use of multiple accounts — is detected or reasonably suspected.
A bet is confirmed only when accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference is issued. Users are responsible for verifying bet details — including selection, stake and odds — prior to confirmation. Bets cannot be altered or cancelled once confirmed except where the Platform expressly permits in-play amendment features.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applicable to the accepted bet. pk198 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors; bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided or recalculated at the correct odds at the operator's discretion.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond an applicable settlement window, corrupt or match-fixing related activity detected by the operator, system errors or the discovery of technical faults that materially affected the outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk198 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity — whether arising in contract, tort, statute or otherwise.
Users access and use the Platform at their own risk. pk198 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity, fluctuations in odds, or changes to event outcomes. Gambling involves financial risk; you should only stake funds you can afford to lose.
pk198 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; registration using false information; or involvement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting pk198 support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to all applicable wagering and KYC conditions being met) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination of your Account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to liability limitations, intellectual property rights and governing law — will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk198 holds its operating license, as determined by the operator from time to time.
Nothing in these Terms creates any right for Pakistani governmental authorities, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body to assert supervisory jurisdiction over pk198.
